Include project JSON snapshot

Ships the structured verdant-kingdom.json — schema v1, full entity + scene dump. Backup or migration file.

Include visual canon (2 JSON files)

Adds style-lock.json (locked recipe, benchmark, all recipes) and visual-packs.json (per-entity slot artifacts) to the archive. Previews only — no image bytes.

No entity visual packs found — only style-lock.json will ship.

Include canon summary (lock-state.txt)

Adds a plaintext lock-state.txt at the top of the archive: style lock state, per-entity visual pack coverage, scene readiness, and comics/creations counts. 30-second read, no JSON parsing.

Include canon readiness progress (canon-ready-progress.md)

Adds canon-ready-progress.md — the 5-condition capstone scoreboard with a "what's missing" block (pack counts, scene readiness, export status). One page, one read.

Include drafts

When off, manuscript.md and the project JSON skip draft entities and outline/draft scenes. Lock-state, visual packs, and HTML manuscript are unaffected.

Include activity history (history.json)

Adds history.json with the last 100 activity entries for this project (timestamp, message, href). Useful as an audit trail.
